Participants are immersed in conditions as close to real as possible - here are the specifics of working in a railway company, the need for managerial decisions, and building teamwork.
The business game is an exciting learning tool for learners. However, its creation is the result of the painstaking work of the University team. The online business simulation "Railway Transport Management" is an author's educational product, the implementation of which has become a real challenge: earlier, in the Pre-Covid Era, coaches conducted a board business game in the University classrooms, which now turned out to be impossible. The transfer of this process to the online format has become a new digital solution in the Russian educational market.
The programme "Stage I: Competence Management" is a management minimum for all Russian Railways managers. By the end of the year, the plan is to train 85 groups more using online business simulation in accordance with the programme.
