The Corporate University of Russian Railways has adapted its educational programme on the basics of digital transformation to the goals and objectives of the Federal Freight Company. 40 managers of tactical and operational levels of FFC participated in the programme: among them there were managers of Moscow representative office, St. Petersburg branch and Nizhny Novgorod Transport Service Agency.
The Corporate University team has developed the programme considering the most significant digital challenges facing the Russian transport industry, the Russian Railways company and specifically FFC. Participants studied materials on "Digital Transformation: Creating the Next Generation Company," attended a series of master classes held by Evgeny Buyanov, a business trainer, expert in digital business transformation, Personnel Development Manager, Project Manager for digital business sustainability and client centricity, and the involvement of internal staff in the digitalization process.
The programme allowed the attendees to comprehensively delve into the context of digitalization of Russian business, get acquainted with the most current trends and experience of foreign and domestic companies in the field of applying effective practices of digital business transformation. Special attention was paid to current approaches to conducting diagnostics of the Company's readiness to introduce innovations, modern principles and tools for building new business models.

A specially developed programme for JSC "Federal Freight Company" will help managers learn how to navigate the digital space, understand how to implement a digital business model in their work, under what conditions it is possible to effectively implement a unified digital transformation strategy", – commented Roman Baskin, Director of the Corporate University of Russian Railways.
