Since 2021, a branch of the Corporate University of Russian Railways has been operating in Vladivostok. Railway managers are learned according to CU programmes, getting acquainted with the economy of the Far East and the projects of JSC "Russian Railways" in the region.
The task of the branch of the Corporate University is to promote the full–scale development of the entire Eastern Polygon, including its human capital. The branch's work is based on a partnership with one of the leading universities in Russia – the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU).
All programmes are conducted according to the standards adopted by JSC "Russian Railways" and in accordance with the principles of executive learning at the Corporate University of Russian Railways. The branch team consists of business coaches of the Vladivostok branch of the Corporate University, and their Moscow colleagues, as well as FEFU faculty.
Students pass the "Competence Management" and "Performance Management" stages, as well as study the topics of digital transformation, negotiations, project and time management, customer orientation. Together with the LLC "RZD-Technologies", the programme "Leaders of Digital Transformation. The Far East" was carried out.
In addition, an exit module of one of the flagship programmes – "Corporate MBA" is being held in the Far East. The programme develops the company talent pool according to international standards of business education, its participants study the best practices in the field of management. Russian and foreign experts and teachers talk about the current stage of development of the economy of the Far East, current trends, modern management methods, learners (heads of departments of all branches of JSC "Russian Railways" come here to study) learn about the projects of Russian Railways being implemented in the region, visit the most important logistics clusters of Russia.
